fwiw – I think the contrast between your thicks and thins is too dramatic. The numerals begin to lose their form to me, unlike the ratio in the rough version.

yes, you’re right.
for actual commercial or client usage, I always make my thins thicker.
the fun thing about the non-client stuff I’m doing is, I can play around with stuff like micro-hairlines
or the number 5 without a traditional flag horizontal.
